This website is operated by Siolite. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Siolite. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from it, on the condition that you accept all the terms, conditions, and policies stated here.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you enter into an agreement with us and agree to be bound by these terms, including any additional terms and conditions referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These terms apply to all users of the website, including customers, suppliers, merchants, and contributors.
Please read these terms carefully before using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you may not access the website.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.
Complete information about our company is available upon request via email at support@mysiolite.com
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence or that you have obtained parental consent. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes and not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.
Any attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the Service, such as sending viruses or malicious code, will result in immediate termination of your access.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Content you submit (excluding banking information) may be transmitted unencrypted over public networks. Payment information is always encrypted.
Reproduction or exploitation of any content from this website without written permission is prohibited. The headings used here do not limit or affect the clauses in any way.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We strive to provide accurate information but do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of the content provided. You agree that any reliance on this information is at your own risk. Historical information provided on the site is for reference only. We reserve the right to modify the content at any time.
SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICES
Our prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any changes or discontinuance.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Some products are available exclusively online through our website. These products may have limited quantities and can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return policy.
We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or phone screen’s color display will be perfectly accurate. Images are for illustrative purposes only, and minor variations in color or shape may occur.
Product descriptions, prices, shipping costs, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Shipping and product origin:
Our products are shipped from our warehouse in China. The average delivery time is estimated between 8 and 13 business days, depending on the carrier, destination, and potential customs delays. Delays beyond our control may occur, particularly due to customs inspections or exceptional circumstances.
VAT, customs, and import duties:
Prices displayed on our website exclude import VAT and customs clearance fees. These additional costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the carrier or relevant authorities in the destination country.
When products are imported into the destination country, the carrier may apply specific postal or courier rules, meaning VAT and administrative fees are charged directly to the recipient. In this case, the customer is responsible for paying the local VAT and any handling fees imposed by the delivery service (e.g., customs declaration fees, VAT collection, or administrative charges).
The seller is not responsible for the payment of these fees in the customer’s country, nor for any delays caused by non-payment.
SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable EU law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay any fee. To do so, please contact us by email at support@mysiolite.com and clearly inform us of your decision. You may use a withdrawal form or send your request in writing.
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition, with all accessories and in the original packaging, to be eligible for a refund. Products returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the received product is defective or does not match the order. Once the return is approved, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the product or proof of shipment. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items or sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery.
SECTION 7 – LEGAL WARRANTIES
All goods sold on our website are covered by the legal guarantees provided under European law, which automatically apply to consumers:
-
Legal guarantee of conformity: Applies for 2 years from the date of receipt. If the product does not match its description, has a defect, or is unfit for normal use, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund.
-
Guarantee against hidden defects: If a defect not apparent at purchase renders the product unusable or significantly reduces its usability, you may claim this warranty within 2 years of discovering the defect.
To exercise your rights, contact our customer service at support@mysiolite.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
SECTION 8 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order details, including contact, delivery, email, and billing information. Any errors or omissions may result in delays or non-delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including cases of non-payment, suspected fraud, or previous disputes. If an order is modified or canceled, we will notify you via the email address provided.
You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date to ensure smooth transactions and successful delivery.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Certain services or features on the website may be provided through third-party tools, which we make available without direct control or approval. We do not guarantee their compatibility, security, or performance.

SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The website may contain links to third-party websites not operated by Siolite. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control their content, privacy policies, or practices and assume no responsibility for them.

SECTION 11 – COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS
If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials (collectively “comments”), whether at our request or voluntarily, you agree that we may, at any time and without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, or otherwise use such comments in any medium.
We are not obligated to (1) keep any comments confidential; (2) pay compensation for any comments; or (3) respond to any comments.
We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove content that we, in our discretion, consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party’s intellectual property rights or these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and guarantee that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
SECTION 12 – PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
Your submission of personal information through our store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect only the data necessary for order processing, delivery, billing, and improving our service. Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with technical service providers solely for operational purposes (shipping, hosting, payment).

Any violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or purchased products. Our total liability shall in no case exceed the amount of your order.
SECTION 16 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Siolite and its partners, subcontractors, employees, and representatives from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or related documents.
SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Any obligations or liabilities incurred before the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement. These terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or us.
SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use and any policies or rules posted on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or proposals.
