Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at support@mysiolite.com.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide step-by-step instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless required otherwise by local consumer law.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • unused and unworn

  • clean and undamaged

  • with all original tags

  • in original packaging

  • with proof of purchase (receipt or order number)


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if:

  • the item is defective,

  • damaged, or

  • you received the wrong product.

We will evaluate the case and offer the correct solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective under applicable law:

  • perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • custom or personalised items

  • personal care & hygiene products

  • hazardous, flammable or pressurised materials

  • sale or discounted items

  • gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item first.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order.


Country-Specific Consumer Rights

Region / Country Return Rights & Legal Notes
European Union (EU) Customers have 14 days after delivery to cancel without providing a reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
United States (USA) Standard 30-day return window applies. Defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded according to US federal & state consumer protection laws.
United Kingdom (UK) Under UK consumer rights, customers may cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, provided items are returned unused and in original packaging.
Canada Standard 30-day return window. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled in accordance with Canadian consumer protection standards.

New Zealand Covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA): customers are entitled to repair, replacement or refund when goods are faulty or not as described.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
